SHIPPING METHODS

We carry out national and European shipments.

Delivery times are estimated from the date of shipment of your order.

You can follow the status and shipping of your order by connecting to your customer area and clicking on 'My orders'. Through the tracking number you will be informed about the shipping steps of the order. 
The same tracking number is also indicated in the shipping confirmation email.

The delivery of the articles will be made to the address indicated in the order online on the site formaofficial.com. After receiving payment of the order, the items will be delivered within 5 working days for standard shipping and 2 working days for express shipping.
In case of unavailability of an item, delivery times may be changed.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You can return any item ordered within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products.
The return will be followed by a refund, in case of replacement it will be necessary to place a new order.
The refund will be made within 14 working days of receipt of the return and the amount, net of any shipping costs, will be credited using the same payment method.

To proceed with the return contact the customer service by sending an e-mail to info@formaofficial.com specified the products you intend to make and the reason for the return.
At the time of return, store the items in the original packaging, accompanied by the accessories and documents provided, including the delivery form. It is recommended to take every possible precaution to ensure the integrity of the returned product. Items not returned, returned incomplete, damaged, damaged, deteriorated, dirty or in any other condition that may reasonably suggest that they have been used or worn, shall not be refunded or replaced.

Similarly, customized items, made according to and/or at the request of the Customer or retouched, cannot be replaced. 
Refunds will be made on the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the items, upon acceptance of the return.

The return costs are charged to the customer unless otherwise explicitly stated. 
The following procedure shall be followed:
- CONTACT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE      
Send mail to info@formaofficial.com.      
Indicate the items to be returned and the reason for the return.
- PLANNING THE WITHDRAWAL OF THE PARCEL AT HOME     
Communicate the day and time of availability to our customer service who will proceed to book the collection of the package at the address provided by you. You will be sent an e-mail confirming your withdrawal request.

- DELIVERING THE PARCEL TO THE COURIER
   A courier will show up at your home address, in the time slot previously chosen for the collection of items. 
- WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION OF DELIVERY AND SUITABILITY OF RETURN.
   Once the return arrives in our premises will be subjected to the suitability checks specified above. 
You will then be sent an email with the result of the check and the refund specifications.
