For the return of any product it must be intact, and have accessories and packaging as received, together with the original receive (or gift receipt) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

We will refund according to the payment method used.
Please note the following: (i) Products can only be returned in their original condition, as purchased.
The power to modify the products/offers/services is also explicitly stated, without notice; or to create limits for products/offers/services. We may discontinue or permanently or temporarily suspend access to the services without prior notice and liability for any reason or without reason.

In the case of appeals and/or complaints for a product/service purchased by us, the guarantee of which is valid, we will replace the product or provide its refund after the return of the same. In case of defective products we will pay for the shipment for the return.

The Service and all materials contained therein or transferred, including, but not limited to, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, video, music and all related Intellectual Property Rights, are the exclusive property of: FÓR•MA of MGR. We may discontinue or suspend access to the service at any time, permanently or temporarily without notice and liability for any reason, including if, by our sole decision, affects the brand’s image or makes it improper and/or violates any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation. You may be asked to stop using the site and service and you may also be asked to cancel your account and/or services at any time.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in relation to automatically renewed subscriptions and paid services, such subscriptions will only be suspended after the expiry of the respective period for which payment has already been made.
You agree to indemnify and relieve FÓR•MA of MGR from any request, loss, liability, claim or expense (including attorneys' fees), at the expense of third parties due to, or arising from, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services/products offered on the website.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event may FÓR•MA of MGR, owner of the website, be held liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses arising from or relating to the use or inability to use the site, product and/or service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FÓR•MA of MGR, the owner of the website, assumes no liability for (i) errors, errors or inaccuracies in the contents; (ii) personal injury or damage to property, of any nature, arising from access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and / or any personal information stored therein.
We reserve the right to amend these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, it is necessary to periodically review these pages. When we substantially amend the Terms, we will inform you that important changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the website or our service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
